CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
2-Day is a flat fee of $24.95. You will be able to change your shipping method before placing your order. Expedited orders will be shipped via FedEx. Please note that FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please allow an additional business day for processing. Please note that orders placed after 11 AM, Eastern Standard Time, will not be processed until the following business day, and overnight orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until Monday.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?

Flat rate of $7.95. Any order over $60 will receive free shipping. Special shipping offers apply to U.S. orders only.

WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT RETURN POLICY?

We value you as a customer, and your satisfaction is very important to us, please note that we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. We apologize, but due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer any returns (except as noted below) or exchanges. Although we have tried to describe the scents of our product accurately, we understand that it may be difficult to get it through your screen, but honestly, It’s hard not to love whatever scent you’ve got. Trust us! :) To start a refund process on any item that may have been damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team by email at support@shopsweettango.com. We’ll refund, to the original form of payment, the price of the applicable product plus any applicable taxes. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be issued.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET THE ORDER?

Standard shipped orders within the Continental United States will be delivered within 4-6 business days after placing your order. Standard shipped orders to the US are charged a flat fee of $7.95. Please see our shipping page for more details. If your order is $60 or more after discounts and before shipping, the $7.95 will be waived. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for orders in the Continental U.S. only and will only be delivered on weekdays. 2-Day is a flat fee of $24.95. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information when your order is shipped. Please note that it may take up to 2 business days for you to be able to track your order and for FedEx or USPS to update their site. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before paying for your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.

MAY I CANCEL OR ADJUST MY ORDER?

We apologize; once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel or adjust it. Please be sure to check your order before it is placed to make sure it is completely accurate.

WHAT IF I AM MISSING PRODUCTS FROM MY ORDER OR I RECEIVED A PRODUCT THAT WAS DAMAGED?

Missing items that are in stock will be reshipped if a refund has not been issued. Backordered and or damaged products will be fully refunded. Please be sure to contact us within 30 days, or we will not be able to honor your request.
